Refund Policy

At Hifi Cabs,  we are committed to providing you with the best travel experience. To ensure transparency and clarity, please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

1.1 Short Trips (up to 50 km)
  • Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total fare.

1.2 Long Trips (over 50 km)
  • Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total fare.

2. No-Show by the Customer
If the customer fails to arrive at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without prior communication, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by the Company In the rare event that your booking is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., driver unavailability, vehicle breakdown, etc.), you will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking at no extra cost.

4. Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.

5. Special Cases
  • If a ride is terminated midway due to uncontrollable factors (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis based on the distance covered.
  • Refunds for rides booked under promotional discounts or special offers will be adjusted based on the terms of the specific offer.

6. Refund Exceptions
  • Refunds will not be issued for bookings made with incorrect details (e.g., incorrect pickup/drop-off locations) unless rectified before dispatching the driver.
  • Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of cancellation will not be entertained.
